I#m just facing the same problem with my iiyama monitor. How to open the cover? Did you find out in the meantime? I suppose there are hidden snap-in connections behind the front cover.

from iiyama tech support (UK):

1. Switch off the monitor.
2. Connect all 3 input types with live connections (VGA + DVI + HDMI)
3. Turn the monitor on.

It will select an input and display as normal.

I have tested this and it does work!

My Iiyama Vision Master Pro 450 works with Windows 7 when connected with a VGA video cable that has 5 BNC RGB connectors that attach to the back of the Iiyama monitor. No driver install was needed; Windows 7 shows my Iiyama monitor as a "Generic Non-PnP Monitor" with 1024x768 resolution.

If you want a Iiyama driver go to the Iiyama website, follow links for support and downloads.

If you want a Relisys driver, go to the Relisys website and follow links for support and downloads.

From time to time, I've the same white screen problem with my IIYAMA E1902WSV.

I can resolve that issue with a reset to factory settings.
1- Turn ON power (blue led)
2- Push on the MENU button and keep the button pushed while
pulling out the power cord.
3- Plug the power cord back while keeping the MENU button
pushed.

You should see the picture again.

do exactly this:
- power off monitor with the POWER button!
- unplug power cord
- hold -/+ and keep holding them when briefly pressing POWER to get the monitor back on
- press menu

You are now in the service menu. Adjust the settings as you like.

- press EXIT
- power off monitor with button
- power on monitor with button
- AUTO SETUP... will be performed
- re-adjust brightness/contrast

Hello,

Monitor screens will have color tints when any of pins of the VGA connector is damaged or bent(I assume you are using a 15 pin VGA connection :) ) Please remove the monitor connector cable and check if you have bent or damaged pin at either side of the cable.

If it does not resolves the issue, replace any devices or equipments that may have electro magnetic fields like an UPS from the premises of the monitor.

Also, you can try resetting monitor. All the monitor will have an option for reset in the Menu.

OJ I am fairly sure that the Power Supply is failing, try replacing ALL Electrolytic Capacitors in the Power Supply section that often "Fixes" any problems. Oh use Higer Temperature and quality ones, when doing it..
