Its not allowing m,e to log into my facebook it keeps askin for a code from phone i dont use phone notifactions never had this problem before and everyone and their mother is accepting friend requests from me which i never sent and let alone i dont know these people

seems some problem with your FB account privacy.

use a device( phone /laptop ) which you have used earlier to login into FB account.That might allow you to chnage the password.

If you can't log in with your mobile number:

• Make sure you enter your entire mobile phone number, including the country code
• Leave out any extra zeros, plus signs (+) or other special characters

If you signed up for Facebook using your mobile phone, you can use your mobile phone number to log in on any device. If you still can't log in or forgot your password, request a new password.
Otherwise Use Your Email Address as Username And Password To Login !! I hope This Helps!!

if you have where phone verify, go to log in select for new password have it sent to the phone, it will give you a box to inter the code they sent to your phone.

I believe your phone is locked to only use a specific service provider. If there was some way yo break that code... and depending where you live in the world, it may be illegal to do so. Sorry this is the only help I can offer.

after logging into facebook, Click on "Account" then click Account Settings , on the next page click the "Notifactions" tab, and you'll be presented with all the email and SMS options that Facebook supports,
click the boxes for the type of notifcations you want, then click "Save Changes" at the bottom.
