How can i block specific no. in my nokia 2730 classic

You can't prevent anyone from calling or sending texts to your number, but you can easily set your Nokia 1112 to ignore the calls as follows:

Menu -> Settings -> Call Settings -> No. Screening -> Options -> Add

You can also retrieve the number to screen:

Menu -> Call Register -> Received Calls -> Options -> Add to scrn. list.

Calls from screened numbers will not ring on your phone, you will see the number on your screen with a dustbin symbol; messages from screened numbers will go silently to the screened messages folder.

You would need to download some filtering software to your phone in order to accomplish this. Do a Google Search for "Nokia X3 block calls" and you will see there are a lot of free software packages available to accomplish this.
