I need the cd-rom that is supposed to come with the Yamaha YPT 400. Can this disc be purchased alone?

Contact Yamaha America "parts". Be sure to have the serial number of your keybaord handy. Find the phone number online for the California service/support group. They are usually fair in prices of the CD's.

I have yamaha PSR-i425 keyboard.can i conect it with my pc to play midi files stored in computer memory?

Yes. You will need to have a MIDI interface on your OC and also select in the sounds control panel of windows that you are using the external synth. The MIDI will expect the PSR to respond to the "general MIDI" assignments.

How to change speaker yamaha keybord

Simply put, the speakers can't be changed on Yamaha keyboards. If you have blown the speakers then put the sound through an amplifier or HIFI speaker system - but you must be able to have an AUX cable and AUX on the HIFI for this to work. Sometimes it can also work by use of composite cabling too, depends really on what audio equipment you have.
