The p error codes you have are due to the test pattern being put on to the transfer belt to check the image density control
The first thig to do is to check and see the condition of the transfer belt and if it has reached life or looks bad replace it also on taking out the transfer belt directly where it goes in there is a cover slide the cover and clean out the idc sensors imgae density control sensors
Also there is firmware to correct the issue do this last the above will get rid of your issuesAlso add toner to all the units manually add the toner as well

Its my bizhub c203 its showing error p9 and p21.so when I print it double prints like the colour is not registered.what can u do?

I am faced with similar problem. When I print the demo print, it carries black background with dull printout. How can I solve this problem? I noticed that the flat cable has injury in one of the tiny wires that makes it up. I seriously need help pls. No good tech in my area.

How do i solve a p9 and p21 error code

You remove the PRINT HEAD????? DID YOU FOLLOW THE Service manual????????? Well you caused your own problem now you need to do a alignment. of the colors. you also might check the ribbon cable you removed and all the connectors you played with and check each one is secured. Recommend you don't ever remove the print head which houses the LASER unless you follow the service manual. Well you need to get to service mode and run registration procedures. try this site for a service manual or better yey have tech come out and run the required checks.

I am facing p21 error in my bizhub c451 pls help me

p21 is stabilization failure. Try and clean the IDC sensors that sit below the transfer belt. also you can initialize and stabilize a few times in service mode as sometimes this can rectify a P21 issue. If all fails then it could be the actual ITB causing the issue
