I believe Google Earth is a software and it requires installation on a computer, iPad, smart phone etc in order for you to access its' features. If there is a way to access Earth without the download & installation process, I would be glad to know.
Go to a different computer and access your Netflix account. Reset the password or verify that you can access Netflix and that the account is now valid.
Then go back to the iPad and access Netflix and see if you can log in.
Or open GOOGLE on your iPad, go directly to the Netflix .com site and see if you can access that way.
