White pixels cover half of the bottom part of the screen

My 2 and half years old Samsung HLR5678W. The problem is a lot of white pixels cover half of the bottom part of the screen and the other half the color red sometimes is off.

Thanks, Yes I did tried all inputs. But they are all the same. But sometime it fixed it-self as long I don't turn it off. I'm watching PIP on the upper part of my screen. that what is the PIP for ha ha.
    Thanks again.

You probably have faulty lcd panels inside the tv. replacing them can cost alot of money. I assume you have tried different inputs? If the dots are in excactly the same place then the lcd panels or lcd controller are faulty.

Unfortunately its definately going to cost alot to repair. 2 and a half years old should still be under warranty shouldnt it?

Your rear projection TV Uses small LCD Screens (a red a green and a blue one) to project the image onto the screen.

Only the top half of my Philips 170S LCD monitor displays a normal picture. Below this there is a one pixel wide white line and then the bottom half of the monitor has a lined pattern that gradually...

If the monitor is connected to a DVI output on your computer try to connect it to the VGA to see if it's an issue with the input or if the monitor is shot. It sounds like your monitor just crapped out.

Losing pixels like crazy

Shure, you can have it fixed. I strongly suggest that you call around and check prices first. Samsung IS a quality brand. How many TENS OF THOUSANDS, if not more units do you think they make? Getting ONE bad, is a pretty god ratio. Sorry it had to be you that bought the bad one.

Phone has begun going 2 a white screen & the pixels are messed up

Yes, its one of two things, the LCD (display) is faulty or the LCD ribbon cable that links the top half oh the phone to the bottom is failling, a common problem on samsungs, but a cheap easy fix.
