HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! Please!!
I see many people are having the same problem as I am. When I turn the printer on, the little screen on the printer says "Print cartridge missing or not detected". Both cartridges are inserted correctly. And are full. I have been through all the suggested remedies; cleaning the copper-coloured contacts; re-inserting the cartridges; taking the power cable off, and re-connecting the printer after 20 seconds. Still the same problem persists. If I buy a new cartridge to finally test the printer, then the previous cartridge is lost, since I am aware that the printer recognises by a code wach cartridge, and therefore the 350XL cartridge I have now, will need to be thrown away. So I am looking for a solution, before I have to throw away this cartridge.
Kindly check the number of your cartridge and see if that cartridge is the one match to the cartridge required in your printer. What's the last thing u do before the error pop up?
