1. Check to make sure that you have good air flow around the laptop, including sides and bottom.
2. Make sure fan/heatsink area is clear of dirt, etc. If you are using the laptop in an environment where there is a lot of dust, it will clog up the fan/heatsink.
Check the Lenovo support forum to see how the clogged heatsink looks. https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-P-Y-and-Z-series/Y560-overheating-and-shutting-down/m-p/677023
Be aware to get to access to the insides, will require dis-assembly of the laptop. Best left to experts.

Sounds to me that you have an overheating problem. Can you hear the fan come on? Can you feel the hot air being pusheed away from the computer? Have you got it sitting on something soft like a bed or pillow or something which is stopping the intake of fresh air?

Did you try removing the battery pack and then putting it back in? I had disconnected my AC, closed the lid, put it in my backpack and went to the office. The battery light was on when I left but by the time I got to the office it was DOA. After checking the AC at the office I took out the battery pack and put it back in. Voila.
probably the cpu or gpu (from graphic card) is overheated during intense work

It sounds like your power cord is bad. If you got a notification that the battery was getting low and you had the power cord in, that means the power cord was not charging the battery, you were working off the batery even though the power cord was plugged in and eventually you drained the battery.
You'll need to purchase a AC Adapter Power Cord that is built for your laptop, not a one size fits all laptops that the big box stores will sell you . By one size fits all I mean the end that goes into the computer is removable and you can replace it with one of many ends that come with it until you find one that fits. Use it and you'll surely burn *********** board out eventually.

its normal your computer is automatically shutdown because the system hardware cannot bear the heat anymore that was produce in computer hardware. hardware is degrade when time goes by. so the basic solutions is to provide your laptop a cooling pad.
