Just got an Acer aspire 4en5 laptop; first, the external speaker plug didn't want to stay in the green jack hole. got that fixed, now sound only comes out of the 2 small speakers, but not the subwoofer! also, got volume turned up everywhere and it's not too the loud, but I'd REALLY like to get the subwoofer to play. I disconnected the speakers and took them back to Radio Shack, the problem is not with the speakers. When I go into the software on the computer, the option for 'surround' speakers is there, but greyed out and I can't choose it. Help, please!!
I have an aspire acer 5735z laptop in the manuels it says its possible to have a video confrence,but when using msn messenger it says no webcam has been installed..how do i find or locate the webcam,if their is one at all?
