Hi , you have to check that you might need a new battery charger. The new battery the bought had a charge then you used it up it sounds like your charger might have the light on but is not charging.
U can call your service provider they might be able to help ifthey cant assist you contact the phone manufacture either way you will get ananswer to your problem.
Your battery is losing voltage too quick. It has probably developed a
'memory'. Dyson claims that their handheld has the best suction out of
all the handhelds out there. In order to maintain that claim the circuit
board will shut off power to the motor when the voltage drops below
adequate charge for full suction.
We need someone who can teach us to bypass that part of the circuit so
it won't cut power to the motor or you need to get a new battery.
Shorting the battery like an Aircraft battery then re-charging won't fix it.
Kathryn Was the scooter working when she bought it? If the batteries were fully charged and now it won't charge then I would suspect the charger. If the scooter wasn't charged when she got it and won't charge then I would replace the batteries Hope this helps
Remove battery, clean contacts between battery and phone, also be sure to use an original Motorola charger instead of one of those "universal" type chargers.Hope this helps!
