is to make sure that the phone problem is fix before you retrieve the picture from the panel

When you click retrieve, dont touch any other button, the phone is downloading the file, and when it is done, the picture will pop up.

What is the brand and model number of your phone?

Unfortunately, most phones does not have the option to retrieve deleted files.

The best thing to do is to contact the wireless provider to see if they have back up tapes where they can restore the deleted files.

I don't think there is unfortunately. The only way you might be able to retrieve your piccies is if you have deleted them via the comp. Then you may still have them in your recycle bin. Sorry I can't be of more help.
