Motorola Elite Silver won't charge. I'm not sure if it's the charger box or the actual headset

Please note: You may need to charge a while before it will power up if battery is completely depleted.

Have you ensured that the headset is making connection with the charger?

If it is under warranty(within year of purchase with Prrof of purchase). We'll help. Other than trying to depress carefully on the edges of the button to dislodge, I dont have suggestions.

I would recommend that you verify that you actually have it plugged in all the way to your charger, and then verify that you have power at your outlet for your charger. That would be the first step. If it is really dead, then just leave it plugged in for a while and then check for the light. Be sure that the connecter is securely on the headset. Good luck.

Yes, the car charger will work fine, just make sure that any time you use a car charger, remove your device when it is finished charging. If you leave your phone or bluetooth headset on the car charger, it will continually force power into it and over time reduce battery life.
