Seems like a bad RAM. Simply change your RAM and then give your laptop a go and it shall be all fine and smooth sailing on wards. You can test it by simply borrowing a RAM from your friend for a while. But do make sure that RAMS are of same type.

the battery is fully out of acidic electricity,, because charging in one week and, may u buy other battery. that 220 valtes.

You likely have a very common no power problem that sometimes comes up on the Canon Powershot G9 Camera. It's caused by two screws inside the camera that come loose and make it short out. You need to have it serviced and that problem is not much at all to fix. If you go to: camerasandparts.com they just specialize in service for the Powershots. They're amazing if you need some help with one of these. They have a deal for $89 total with return shipping and that covers the total service and repair, plus they include a fix on all the G9's so the short never happens again. Best of luck, that's too nice of a camera to not be turning on.

cgarge it up good for about four hour via the usb cord provided with your unit, then press and hold the power button for up to ten seconds.
