To engage or disengage the drive motors: 1. Locate the manual freewheel levers at the front of the chair. See figure 5. 2. Push the levers down to engage the drive motors (drive mode). See figure 8. 3. Pull the levers upward to disengage the drive motors (freewheel mode). See figure 9.
If a lever is difficult to move in either direction, rock your power chair back and forth slightly. The lever should then move to the desired position Manual link below. https://www.pridemobility.com/pdf/owners_manuals/us_jazzy/us_jazzy_select_7_om.pdf
The manual freewheel levers on the 1113 are at the front of the chair, on either side of the foot plate. When they are in "Drive" mode, they are in the down position, parallel with the ground. In this position you can't push the chair. To get to "Freewheel" mode, move them to the up position, about 45 degrees from the ground. In freewheel you can push the chair, but not drive it with the motors.
Sometimes it helps to rock the chair back and forth while you move the levers.
Hi remove the key for a short while make sure freewheel lever is in drive & replace key & try it out. If this doesn't help take key out put freewheel lever In freewheel then put it in drive put key back & try again good luck

Still got the problem then check the micro switch located near the freewheel lever , normally located on the brake mech , make sure it connecting when the freewheel lever is moved.
6 flashes indicate a right park brake fault or you have the right wheel in freewheel check the freewheel lever on the right motor to make sure it is in the drive mode Hope this helps
