Hi My sister has gifted me Onida 32" LCD TV on my wedding i.e.2012. but after 1 year TV is automatically switching off frequently. I changed Power supply board, Main board circuit by spending almost Rs 9000/- but still problem has not been solved can you plz tell me any solution so that I can resolve the problem. Onida is not having well experianced engineer with them so I will not go for their service. As it is just wastage of my money. please tell me how reset its factory settings. I hope atleast it will work for it.

was LCD24MMS even though manualslib said there was a lcd32mms I could not find one...

There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here.
