You may have to contact yahoo and answer a few questions like naming a few contact in your list, naming a few subjects of emails, etc...it's different with each email provider...but I'd say the best bet is to contact yahoo support.

Try changing to the lowest screen resolution to see if Yahoo prompts you to return to Classic Mail. This fix has worked for some people, but not for everyone.

The best way to get yourself returned to Mail Classic is to contact Yahoo directly. I have offered this advice to several people, but the email contact that I have doesn't seem to do anything for them.

The new Yahoo Mail is full of bugs, hence the reason many people want to switch back.

To contact Yahoo, go to their help pages, and type in Return to Mail Classic. You will not find anything useful there, but you can contact Yahoo support from that page.

I have checked the answers to returning to Mail Classic, but the answers are from when returning was an option.

Well I am sorry to tell you but unless you can answer the questions there is no way to access the account. The best that you can do now is to get another email account. I realise this isn't ideal, but there simply is no other way, as if you cannot prove who you are by answering the questions, it simply isn't possible to proceed.
You may however have some luck if you contact the Yahoo mail direct, go to Contact Us. and ask to speak or email or Chat to an administrator and explain what's going on, perhaps they can identify you some other way? and maybe you can gain access this way?

In regard to your problem, I found the following instructions on Yahoo's web site:

If you forgot your Yahoo! ID or password, go to the Yahoo! Password Helper. f you don't have the Secret Queston and your Date of Birth, you will be able to contact Customer Care within the flow to obtain more help.

Usually the only way to unlock access information is to directly contact the company's Customer Service Department.
