On this kind of error, the only option you could do is to format your system, but if you are not so familiar in formatting your laptop, I suggest that you bring laptop to service tech, to easily perform error checking and reformatting. This error might be virus or software problems.

I have read your problem and I think its a sure case of gone RAM.

Replace the RAM with a new one and your system will work fine.

If you have Vista, load cd and reboot. When it asks you to, hit anykey to boot from cd. When windows loads it will give you some options. Try fixing the startup. This will try to repair a damaged boot sector. If this doesn't do it or it is having trouble, try booting with the cd again and this time pick restore computer to an earlier time and pick a day or two ago. Let windows restore back a few days and reboot, make sure you take the disc out at the last reboot, or just don't hit any key when it asks you to....see if windows will boot up on its own.

Hi waris,
on you touchpad there is a light on the upper left of the touchpad tap it three time it should enable the touchpad for you and the light will be turned OFF meaning that the touchpad is active if the light it lit then it is inactive.
