SOURCE: Error when to turn on the Printer

This seems to be a hardware issue.
Only step which can be tried is a power flee and reset if it works it is good if not you may have to replace the printer.
First power flee.
Unplug the power cable from the All-In-One when the printer is turned On and also unplug it from the wall outlet or surg prtector leave the power cable unplugged for about 1Mins or more atleast.
Then Connect the power cable directly to wall outlet without the surg prorector first and before connecting the power cable to the All-In-One press and hold the # and No 6 button at the same tme and plug the power cord back to the printer without releasing the keys, it should come up with a message as smifull reset if it shows that message then the unit is good if not you may have to replace the unit.

My printer wont turn on at all

Some HP machines have 3 reset levels.

I do not know if the 5610 had them but it's worth a try.

Power off printer, then press and hold buttons while powering on, if it doesnn't reset, then unplug it and press and hold buttons while plugging it in, please tell us if the machine even tries to reset.

# and 3 Partial Reset

# and 6 Semi-Full Reset

# and 9 Full Reset

A Full Reset will clear any stored information in the printer, speed dials, etc, so always start with a partial reset and work your way up.
