Did it have an OS previously, or is this a new netbook. Also, is their any crackling sound when booting? If there is a crackling, it's possible the hard drive crashed. Without a hard drive, it wouldn't be able to boot the OS.

Why does it show no signal when I am trying to sign on to the computer?

Need to know what operating system, and what you mean by "no signal". Did you start the computer and nothing shows on the screen, or does it start to boot up but never gets to the operating system? If nothing ever shows up on the screen, test the monitor to make sure it's working. Some models with not boot if no monitor is detected. If it shows the boot up screen but never the operating system. Press F8 while booting and try to get in under "safe mode" then reboot to see if that gets you in. If not, then under safe mode, scan for viruses and such to see if a malware has gotten in to the system. I suggest Vipre Rescue, as you can boot with it and have it check the system without loading the operating system.

Laptop will not boot up past windows logo.

If the blue screen has something related with a memory failure on it ..may be a hard disk read error ..and caused by the wrong setting in the Bios setting ..first try to press f10 to get into Bios on start ..select advanced settings and under the Hdd 0 ..look if the ahci setting is on ..If it is disable it ..and select the bus to run ide compatible ..or sata as ide ..if available ..After that save with F10 and yes to confirm and restart ..If the system is not corrupted this will make it boot proper...If the blue screen stays on ..and has no error written on it ...means it is a file missing on windows and prevent it booting proper..and in this case use the recovery partition or disk to reinstall the operation system ..If it has a recovery partition .press the boot menu key written on first screen ..right the way after start ..and under the boot menu select the recovery of the operation system ...If it does not have a recovery partition use the disk if you have one ..and choose the boot from cd /dvd in the same menu boot ..
If non of these are available ..just use a boot-able cd with the operation system ..and reinstall the operation system from scratch ..Format C drive during the operation in NTFS quick ..and reinstall all drivers when you finish .
remember to store all the drivers before ...cause you will not be able to connect to the internet without the lan driver at least ..Also you will have to download and install the programs you normally use..
If you do not have an Operation system disk ..you can download an image with the operation system from a torrent site..and burn it on a disk using Nero ..This will make a boot-able disk .The drivers are all available on the support site of the manufacturer ..just go to HP.com and select support ..driver downloads..and select the exact model and operation system and download them all .

Non-system disk or disk error replace and stricke any key when ready that which in my black screen, what can i do? thank you kind regards

sounds like your pc is trying to boot from a disc drive without an operating system installed on it. I sometimes get this with my toshiba 1.5G external. Try turning off any non-booting drive connected to the machine and try again. If you don't have any external device connected then your system disc is either corrupt or dead and needs replacing or the operating system reinstalling.

Shut down my Acer 2480 wrong by pressing the power button. Now it doesn't reboot or boot up. I tried to pressing F2 to reboot but it doesn't do anything. Any suggestions?

Look at the power indicator:
If it is not lit, no power is being supplied to the computer. If the computer has a battery, it may be low and unable to power the computer. Connect the AC adapter to recharge the battey pack and make sure the AC adapter is properly plugged into the computer and to the AC power outlet.
If the power indicator is lit, check if a non-bootable (non-system) disk or USB thumbdrive is in the computer. If so, remove it and press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restart the system.

Pressing F2 by itself is only used to enter the system's BIOS on startup. If the power indicator is lit but nothing appears on the screen - The computer's power management system automatically blanks the screen to save power. Press any key to turn the display on.
If pressing any key does not turn the display back on, check the following....
1. The brightness level might be too low. Press Fn and the right cursor key to increase brightness level
2. Display device might be set to an external monitor. Press Fn and F5 to toggle to the internal display
3. Backlight might be turned off. Press Fn and F6 to turn on the backlight.
4. If the Sleep indicator is lit, the computer is in Sleep mode. Press & release power button to resume.
