I believe this crib has been recalled, but we just bought one off of craigs list and after not being able to find a pdf of the instructions online, i scanned the manual the came with it. same thing, just tedious process of individual scans

For others with this problem, Stokke's site provides a contact-us tab where I was able to request hardware replacements and explain the issues we had responding to the recall (problematic website).

Otherwise go to gracobaby.com and go to the Help Center you enter your model # which can be found on the bottom of the crib and you can download the instructions using Adobe. Hope this helps anyone.
