THE PRINTING IS TOO DARK

You may be able to "manually" change your colour balances settings through the printer settings on your computer. If the machine is stand alone or connected to a network, try getting the machine to recalibrate itself. If none of these have any significant effect - it will need to be seen by a service tech.

How do you reset the konica minolta bizhub c451 photocopier/printer to get access to network settings?

Network settings are accessed through the Administrator menu. Press Utility/Counter, then choice #3 should be Administator Settings. Enter your admin password and Network Settings should be choice #5.
Also, if the bizhub is already on the network, you can enter the IP address into your web browser and log in as an administrator to get to the network settings.

Default copying to black and white on a Konica Minolta Bizhub C353

I have a Konica Bizhub C353 - to set the deault copier setting to Black as opposed to Auto:
** first select black on the copy screen **
* Utility/Counter >> User Settings >> Copy Settings >> Default Copy Settings >> switch from "factory settings" to "current settings"

please note: you may need to do this twice (and be sure before you go into user settings that you select black on the copy screen)

I don't think the factory wants you to know how to do this - I couldn't find it in any user manuals and figured it out merely by trial and error!!
