Have you tried touching the screen with a pen, or stylus. Or even your finger nail? My KORG does not work well with fingertips, needs something harder.

First turn the unit off then rotate the input level volume control. If it feels loose pull up lightly on it as you do this. Also rotate all your controls that you don't normally use a lot. Chances are the pots are dirty. If that doesn't help you might want to check all the connectors inside the unit if you feel confident enough to go poking around. Other wise I suggest that you find a shop that will fix the problem. If you do go poking around make sure the units unplugged and that you have grounded yourself against static discharges.

If this is not a low power supply problem, you might try circuit cooler to isolate the bad part.
Beyond the power supply I would recommend taking this to a shop for repair ONCE you have tried a factory reset.

The key contacts are dirty on those keys. The contacts are conductive rubber "pills" in silicone domes that are pressed onto circuit traces an a board under the keys. One can clean these using ONLY 99% isoprophyl alcohol and Q Tips, HOWEVER: the disassembly to access the contacts is NOT for the inexperienced person. Each key has TWO contacts and one makes before the other and that is how they measure key velocity. When one contact fails, then maximum velocity usually results. You best take this to a repair shop and have all key contacts cleaned. DO NOT use normal contact cleaners as that will destroy the contacts.
