HP 8600 makes clicking noise takes long time to start printing

Solved!

Found a misfed page jammed inside the printer on far
right side ( by the ink service station) - after removing the
"hidden" wad, the printer no longer makes "clicking" sounds
and prints right away!

Wifi not strong

  • Near the center of the house
  • Off the floor, ideally on a high shelf
  • As far as possible from your neighbor's Wi-Fi router (which, of course, you've made sure is using a different channel)
  • Away from cordless phones and microwaves, which operate on the same 2.4-Ghz frequency.(There are some cordless phones that are Wi-Fi friendly)
  • Keep antennas as far away from power cords and other computer wires as possible. Those cords and wires can interfere with radio reception.

Sony PS-LX300USB Turntable has poor recording quality

You might have a poor earth connection on either a lead or on the cartridge. That would explain the light far away sound.

How far can a computer be from a router and still work

if there are no line of sight issues or interference or obstructions then you can be atleast 300-500ft. however in homes depending on the building materials etc it could hinder your wireless signal and strength.

If it doesnt record any sound with its videos, then how can i hear them

Most microphones on the camera may be too far away. So, its better to add voice or music on the computer to your movie from the Vivicam 8225 camera, using mpeg4/h.264(mjpeg+MP3)..

How far away can the unit be from the magnetic contact strip?

Usually not much more than 1/2" Howver, if the room is very quiet you can usually move the magnet close to the body (or other magnet) and hear a very faint sound when the magnet makes and breaks the connections. This way you can test the distance and have a better idea of how far away it can be. You may need to get your ear right up to the units to hear the faint sound. Like a faint "twing" sound or "click" sound.

No audible voices

The problem sounds like a setting miss match , with music it is not so noticeable as it is louder and has higher spectrum of sounds , but with monoliphic voices you pick out the disinction more check your sound utilities program particuarly the graphic equalizer if it has one windows does in sound properties and advanced setings if you have a seprate sound utility ie: hd sound etc check that your effects settings havent been changed ...Regards Vortash
