Found a misfed page jammed inside the printer on far right side ( by the ink service station) - after removing the "hidden" wad, the printer no longer makes "clicking" sounds and prints right away!
if there are no line of sight issues or interference or obstructions then you can be atleast 300-500ft. however in homes depending on the building materials etc it could hinder your wireless signal and strength.
Most microphones on the camera may be too far away. So, its better to add voice or music on the computer to your movie from the Vivicam 8225 camera, using mpeg4/h.264(mjpeg+MP3)..
Usually not much more than 1/2" Howver, if the room is very quiet you can usually move the magnet close to the body (or other magnet) and hear a very faint sound when the magnet makes and breaks the connections. This way you can test the distance and have a better idea of how far away it can be. You may need to get your ear right up to the units to hear the faint sound. Like a faint "twing" sound or "click" sound.
The problem sounds like a setting miss match , with music it is not so noticeable as it is louder and has higher spectrum of sounds , but with monoliphic voices you pick out the disinction more check your sound utilities program particuarly the graphic equalizer if it has one windows does in sound properties and advanced setings if you have a seprate sound utility ie: hd sound etc check that your effects settings havent been changed ...Regards Vortash
