I downloaded the Netflix app on my Apple Ipad. When I accessed Netflix they asked for my e-mail address and password,which I did, then it would not recognize my password.
Go to a different computer and access your Netflix account. Reset the password or verify that you can access Netflix and that the account is now valid.
Then go back to the iPad and access Netflix and see if you can log in.
Or open GOOGLE on your iPad, go directly to the Netflix .com site and see if you can access that way.
Apps on a tablet don't always work the way actual website do.
