181490-7 grease 30g 1 pcs complete be shure there are no cured o-rings or bad gaskets .

188015-8 its the maintenance kit for the service it contains already this 30 grams grease, where come 60 grams advise ? i like also to use some more grease by this heavy kind of hammers. But tools like Hilti with liquid (oil) lubrication and very tight tolerance ball bearings if there is to much (turmopol) oil used it will be damaged, and too little oil also its calculated. I cannot give garantee that 60 grams are advised by a makita service, if you order a maintenace kit ask the seller about why it only contains 30grams. The information to use 60 grams ? doubt.

Chair does not raise or lower evenly

Lubricate the mechanism with a spray grease...not oil. You can obtain spray grease from an auto parts store.

How do i replace U-Joint on 2007 Suzuki Boulevard c90t

You have to pull the rear drive unit, rear wheel and then access the U joint by normally removing the rear swing arm. Make sure to apply Honda Molt 60 Paste grease to all splines (especially where the driveshaft enters the drive pod (take grease seal off, lube and put new seal on.) This grease is critical to prevent drive failure (seen it lots of times) Join volusiariders.com as theres a scad of info there and people who know these bikes inside out

How do i chack bosch 60 lb jackhammer oil leval

Bosch hammer uses grease available in repair kit. Check ebay or parts house. Remove four hex bolts on the mid section of the hammer and pull off the lower end. Most of the grease goes here. There is a side cover to expose the drive gears if you hear gear noise. Depending on use, only needs grease once a year. Good luck.

Truck does Not Start, No Spark to coil replaced Coil, All spark plugs and wires and battery still doesnt start Tryed using a code reader shows up No codes, Possible Problems?

Ignition Module REMOVAL & INSTALLATION The engine controller is the computer/microprocessor that regulates all ignition functions. All other models (1989-96) employ a 60-way connector. The 1989 models (only) employ an additional 14-way connector. In most cases, the engine controller is mounted in the engine bay to the firewall or a fender. Some early models mount the engine controller in an air duct mounted on the inside left fender. Access to these units hidden in the air duct requires some dismantling of the air duct to get to them. WARNING
Do not remove the grease from the 14-way connector or the connector terminal in the computer. The grease is used to prevent corrosion of the terminals. There should be at least a 1?8 in. (3.1mm) coating of grease on the bottom of the connector terminals. If not, apply a liberal coating of Mopar Multi-purpose grease No. 2932524, or equivalent, over the entire end of the connector plug.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the air cleaner duct from the controller, if equipped.
  3. Remove the three module retaining screws.
  4. Remove the 14-way (1989 models) and 60-way connectors from the controller. NOTE: Check the 14-way and 60-way connectors for damaged or bent pins (and correct if any are found) prior to plugging it in.
  5. Installation is the reverse of removal.

I think my seals on my final drive system are leaking. How do i find out?

If you've got OIL marks on the right hand side of the rear wheel, you've got leaks. That must get fixed or you will wreck the final drive. Keep the level up with 90wt Hypoid gear oil. Some of the seals for the drive unit are hard to come by.

If you have GREASE marks it's not so serious. That could be simply from over greasing the splines, although there is a seal that could be gone. To check, pull the wheel off and clean out the grease.
Always use a 60% moly grease on the splines.
