This problem is normally due to the flow meter not sensing water flow through the machine. possible causes are 1,lime scale in the thermoblock this may need replacing. 2, the pump has failed also may need replacing. 3. the flow meter itself is stuck , this can be dismantled and cleaned, if not then replacement is required. 4. a simple blockage from the water tank to the inlet . not a job for the novice..
