Replaced trigger valve assy. but still leaks at trigger when depressed
Sounds like your gun needs servicing. normally strip, clean and usually fit new O rings to head valve assy, piston & usually sleeve.
Leaking at the trigger on bostitch rn46 with new valve indicates that safety foot is not depressing the firing pin of the trigger valve all the way in. Easy test. Remove the nails, remove the trigger to expose the firing pin of the trigger valve. Connect to 100psi and with very quick motion, depress the trigger pin all the way in. If gun fires, adjust safety foot or replace worn trigger to fix. If gun does not fire, check for worn orings and scratches in head valve. Applying plenty of white grease to headvalve orings will help if oring kit is not available. Good luck.
SOURCE: constant air leak
Sounds like you need a repair kit or take to a tool company that installs the kit.

Remove the head and pull out the head valve. Check for fine scratches where the orings make contact. If scratched, sand with fine sandpaper (lightly sand the head and also the white plastic headvalve where orings make contact. Apply some white grease to the orings and retest. If deeply scratched, replace the head and the white valve. Good luck.
