Pick the code that says TCM and fix that one first. IT is a pity that you did not have the codes read before you replaced the engine as you have no base data to compare the results with. Work with the codes until you have all the problems sorted out but I have a feeling that in all the codes you will find a common unit/ sensor that will be the root cause of the problems.
You can only get your radio code from the dealership. The code is retrieved by removing the radio and finding the serial number for your particular radio. You can either remove it yourself or pay to have the dealership do it. One other thing you might try is looking around in your glove box or in the owner's manual. There might be a sticker with the code printed on it hidden in the glove box or if you're not the original owner of the car, the previous owner may have written it down in the owner's manual.
sorry but its a newer car and keys can only be programmed with dealer software ,about 120 euros a key here so with conversion rate thats cheap ,try paying the price of your american gallon for petrol and only get 1 litre of fuel ,to get your gallon requires 4.5 litres then complain about the price of the keys ,
refinance your loan through another bank and do not have a joint account as this gives the bank to grab more money not only from your partner but from you as well.Loan from another bank is the answer and pay this one off...

Warrenty will only pay for defective parts,so if they put all new parts in then when they are reviewed the company would only get paid for the parts that failed.If the part was defective when you brought it in then warrenty covers it,if not then you cover it unless it becomes defective while you still have warrenty.
Possible causes are numerous (i.e., canister close valve sticking closed, purge control solenoid valve sticking open, charcoal cansiter oversaturated or clogged, charcoal canister vent filter clogged, Mass Air Flow sensor going bad, Electronic Throttle System malfunction, O2 Sensors going bad, throttle position sensor defect, Accelerator Position Sensor defect, etc. etc. etc. Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it.
In the United States auto loans vary as do the terms for early pay-off's of the loan so you would have to read your original contract to determine if there is a penalty for paying it off early. I have only paid one car off early and there was no penalties assessed nor did I have to pay off the interest which had not yet accrued.
Typically your payments would be based on the amount financed and the interest accrued over the length of the contract terms. So paying it off early should eliminate much of the interest that was calculated into the original payment terms.
It will not adversely effect your credit to pay it off early.
If you don't have the code, you probably will have to pay a dealer to get it for you. My dealer said it was on the back of the radio and he had to remove it to find it. I have no idea if this is true.
As to the other problem of entering the code 3 times, and it now showing "off" instead. Simply put your ignition in the accessory position for approximately one hour. "Code" will magically reappear.
This applies to the 2000 Gallant. My code is 7357 if you wish to try it.
