How do I reset a technics sa-gx350 receiver unit

Don't know that you can actually reset this unit like the new digital receivers. It does have protection circuitry that will shut the unit down in case speaker wires are shorted or if speaker impedance is less than the indicated rated impedance of the amp. do the following:
1. Turn off power and unplug from wall.
2. Check all connections and correct if needed.
3. Turn back on after 1-2 minutes.
If unit is still in protect mode you may want to unplug everything from the unit and then power back up to see if the problem is internal or external. If it powers up correctly then the problem is external. Power back down and plug in one external item at a time and power back up between connecting each item to see which item causes the receiver to go into protection mode.
If problem seems to be internal I'd recommend taking to an electronics repair shop if you aren't comfortable with taking apart to check fuses, terminations, etc. There may be a 5-amp fuse in the power plug head also.

Wireless speakers not linked

Have you attempted to push the search button on the back of the receiving unit? Power down the transmitting unit and the receiver and reset the signal button on the rear unit after re-powering both units. Power surges seem to fry components on the rear unit. surge protection is a must on these things.

My receiver in my boat does not respond to any of the modes. Even the power switch does not turn off the unit. I have to cut the power to turn off the device. Any ideas?

You are using a non marine radio unit in a marine enviroment.
I am going to go out on a limb here and say that the electronics are corroded and causing a short in the unit.

Power button (light) blinks

Check your speaker cables, make sure none have shorted out. if they have, then thats why the unit won't power up. The units protector circuit is being activated upon startup.
