Will my 240v charger work on 110v

Can't say for certain, but there are specific 110V and 220V versions of DCB101.
None are labelled 90-220VAC as would be normal for universal voltage equipment.
If you operate 110V equipment on 220V then you will most likely damage it with overvoltage.
If you operate 220V equipment on 110V then you will most likely damage it in over current or have it simply not work.

It is possible that the charger is universal, just not labelled as such.
Send DeWalt an email.

I connect charger the message come charging stopped due hardware problem

That message appears for one of any number of reasons.

1) over-voltage (faulty charger)
2) under-voltage (faulty charger)
3) temperature (faulty phone / battery)
4) voltage regulation (faulty phone)

The best way to diagnose further is to try a different charger, and battery - I hope you have a friend who has the same phone as you!

Best of luck.

What does overvoltage stop quickly on a volvo s60 means

the overvoltage warning is telling you that the onboard commputer has seen to much volatge this is caused by your altnator there is a voltage regulator in the altnator that keeps the voltage output around 13.6 any higher can do perpent damage to the electronics on your car that is why it says stop quickly.

I got this dell lap top from a friend and they moved away and i have no contact to reach em any way they put k9 protection on it and it wont let me do any thing can u help??

It depends on "when" the 'K9' protection is activated.
If it shows-up _immediately_ when you turn the computer on, you're in the pit of alligators.

If it shows up "later", i.e., when first accessing the disk-drive, then you need to buy a new disk-drive, and reinstall Windows onto the new disk-drive.

I assume that they left the Dell "system restore" CD-ROM set with you, or that you will contact Dell to get a "replacement-set" of CD-ROMs.
(This latter support usually takes 2 or 3 business days.)

97 MERCURY VILLAGER DIES AFTER 10 TO 15 MINS

A vehicle alternator control device in which, when a signal detection portion detects a determined input signal, an operating mode of an overvoltage warning portion is switched to a detection operating mode by an overvoltage warning operating mode switching portion. In the detection operating mode, the overvoltage warning portion is activated when a voltage below a determined voltage has continued for a time that is less than a determined time. Accordingly, checks related to the operation of the overvoltage warning portion can be completed in a short time at a plant or the like.

WARNING: K9 says if you fool with the installation, it will disable internet access. There is no warranty on this method, but you can try it. Summary: Delete the license file, download a new copy, install it, request a license code from K9, set your own password, then uninstall it.
