SOURCE: Espresso maker doesn't work properly

It is clear that there is a problem with water supply. Check if pump works, if it does, there is blockage in water supply to pump. Check and clean.

Sound like the filter strainer is clogged:
Try taking out the whole internal coffee plunger assy by doing the following
turn off machine at the machine switch (leave the power point switch on)
Open the door and remove the internal bu pressing the red buttons
Undo the filter plate on top and clean and reinstall...make sure that the assy clicks in correctly

My ec702 stopped pumping water through. the wand still works. we descaled and cleaned out all filters. nothing. how do we fix it?

I suggest you try cleaning/descaling again. Possibly the scale that was loosened did clog the coffee maker up.

I have a DCR902T coffee maker. The red ON/OFF light is continually blinking, and pressing the ON/OFF button does not turn it off. Disconnecting the coffee maker does not change the problem. No idea what...

This is telling you that it is time to clean the coffee maker. Press the minute and hour buttons at the same time and hold untl the light stops flashing. Take out the water filter and fill the water tank to 10 cups and add 2 cups of white vinegar. Put the water tank back in, without the water filter. Take out the permenant coffee filter. Turn it on and leave it until about half the water goes through. Turn it off. Let it sit for about an hour, then finish the job. Then, run 2 pots of clean water through. You are good. It will notify you to clean your system every 40 pots or so.

No water is pumping thru the water spout or the coffee spout, the machine is reading fine grounds and press okay for water. i've adjusted grinder dial and pressed water button but nothing happened

I got this machine and there was grinding noise but no water coming from the spout or coffee from the dispenser.

Took the back cover off. The big lump in the middle is the water pump. One of the wire connections was hanging off mine. Pushed the connector back on and everything worked fine.

Great coffee, rubbish construction!

Delonghi Espresso Maker Issue

check the water temp and make sure the grind is not to fine. if both of these checkout ok then it may be a weak pump. you will have to find a replacement pump.
