If you have forgotten your security pattern, after a few attempts message is shown incorrect pattern. For unlocking follow the simple steps given below :
Touch Next > Enter Google account detail > Enter Google account details > Next > Username(email) > Enter your E-mail & Password > Unlock > New Pattern (Yes/No) > Home screen displays .
Your two options are to enter the correct email account and password when the device was first setup or factory reset the device and loss all your data. You should be able to contact google's support to determine which account was used for the device.

'attempts exceeded, enter with your gmail'. at this point just enter your email
address and in the textbox for password just give value as 'NULL'. this will

Hi dude ,if you failed to unlock the pattern the phone will ask you for your google account.That is simple.Give your gmail account user name and password which has been stored in your phone before.Then your phone will check it.After that you can enter into the phone if the email account matches.Then you can change the unlock pattern as your desire.Thanks.

On thecomputer: In the Support Zone™ descriptor, in the Software Updatesection click Start > (Repair) and follow the instructions on the PCmonitor screen. 3. Turn off the phone. 4. Connect the USB cable to your computer. 5. On the phone: Press and hold down Back key and connect the USB cable to the phone. 6. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Note : The software in your phone will be replaced. All personal data stored in your phone will be lost.
