I have tried three different cords to charge up my dead cellphone but I cannot get it to charge. All of my phone numbers and related info is in the cell phone and I cannot contact anyone. Desperating seeking advice....tried AT&T were I purchased the phone but they cannot help. Help please....anything????
Hi June, You need to take it to a repair shop, i would say the Power port is damaged that's why it's not charging
I was afraid of that. You would think one would be easy to find but I have been looking....
it depends on how long the phone has been in use,as the battery life in every iphone is connected to a small micro chip, which after so many hour of us and charge it stops the battry recharging,so you have to buy a new bat,i(its so they get more money ) i doubt three power leads or charge point is faulty.

Try these resets:
Download the latest iTunes to your computer and reset the iPhone. Then re-sync it.
Reset
To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. During this time, a red "power off" slider may appear and the screen may go black, but do not release Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.
