Hi,

here are some information about the normal file
http://www.file.net/process/baidubar.dll.html

If this dll is shown in Add or Remove Program, something is wrong. The normal file is not an intalled program in common sense.
Take then a look at http://www.spywareremove.com/removeBaiduBar.html
Here is a description to remove the spyware baidubar and a antispyware tool to detect it.

Hope that helps.

M3plugin.dll missing module at startup

Your web browser has been hijacked by "adware" called "My Web Search"... The fix is involved, but not impossible.

First, uninstall the My Web Search program using standard Add/Remove Programs. Also uninstall any of the following items associated with FunWebProducts.
  • My Web Search (Smiley Central or FWP product as applicable)
  • My Way Speedbar (Smiley Central or other FWP as applicable)
  • My Way Speedbar (AOL and Yahoo Messengers) (beta users only)
  • My Way Speedbar (Outlook, Outlook Express, and IncrediMail)
  • Search Assistant - My Way
Download a free copy of a program called HijackThis.

Reboot your Computer and run the HijackThis program.

Scan for and fix any of the entries shown below.

  • R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {00A6FAF6-072E-44cf-8957-5838F569A31D} - C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\SrchAstt\1.bin\MWSSRCAS.DLL
  • O2 - BHO: MyWebSearch Search Assistant BHO - {00A6FAF1-072E-44cf-8957-5838F569A31D} - C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch\SrchAstt\1.bin\MWSSRCAS.DLL

Next, open My Computer, Drive C, and double-click on the Program Files folder
Right-click and delete the folders for:
  • FunWebProducts
  • MyWebSearch
MyWebSearch should now be completely uninstalled from your computer.
There will be some minor registry entries left behind by the uninstall, however these can be cleaned up by running SpyBot Search and Destroy. SpyBot is also available online as a free download.
