Go to www.truemfg.com and it will take you to their web site. They have a 24 hour, ask a tech a question. I could not find any wiring diagram on your particular unit but maybe they can help you via their tech hot line.

Good luck and hope this helps.

sounds like a bad defrost terminator or timer wired wrong. won't make temp as the evap is not clear of ice/frost build up. check your wiring diagram for location and operation of terminator.

I have a T-49 freezer with compressor running defrost timer board is showing in refrigeration mode. I have power on the #4 terminal going to the evaporator fans. Both door switches are closed. I am not...

most freezers have 2 controls. 1 is a defrost terminator and the other is a fan delay. the delay and the defrost terminator can sometimes be a "2 in 1" type switch. you would have to study the wiring diagram. The delay will not let the fans come on untill the evap reaches a preset temperature. take another look at the diagram. It may be that the evap is not getting cold enough. you may have a refrigeration issue.

Probably the compressor has shorted.
99.999% of the time this is the main culprit.
Otherwise wiring short.

Manual for defrost timer model# T000067709 a defferent timer was installed ,but now installing the right one need know the wiring for new timer

Hi, installing a defrost timer is not difficult if you know what the wires represent. Since you don't have a manual and you are removing the timer that was put on in place of the original one, I would call the manufacturer of the freezer for help on this. If you mis-wire it, you can burn the motor for the timer out. The freezer it self should have a schematic diagram pasted on it showing the wiring for the defrost timer? Check on it and see. Keep me posted and I will continue to look for one.
Sincerely,
Shastalaker7
