SOURCE: leaks at the hot water spout during coffee brew

I had the same problem. I ended up taking the coffee machine apart and found that the reason coffee trickles out around the hot water spout is that the two coffee nozzles were partially plugged. Since I Had parts of the coffee machine apart I was able to clean it easily. It may also be possible to clean the assembly using a pick of some sort and clean out the holes of the two normal coffee spouts. Inside it is just a open cavity so gentle poking around and using some steaming hot water may do the trick.
If you want to take the machine apart you need to do the following: 1) take of the warmer plate on the top - 2 storz screws but an allen key works as well 2) take off the top plate of the machine - another 4 or 5 screws - make sure you empty the beans first otherwise you will have a mess 3) remove one screw from the right hand side of the removable coffee ground tray. Once this screw is removed the front panel is free to swing open except for the pipes connecting the front 4) unclip the steam assembly - there are a couple of plastic catches on the top. this will free the steam assembly from the front panel and also free a pipe connections. The steam dispenser pipe will also come free from the steam assembly. 5) remove the coffee pipes from the up and down sliding coffee dispenser. This is a small whitish color clip with 2 pipes connecting into it. The white clip has a little plastic catch on the top that frees it. The front panel should now swing open freely. 6) remove the sliding coffee dispenser from the front door. There are 4 plastic catches, 2 on either side. the whole front sliding coffee displenser now comes free 7) Take the sliding dispenser apart by release the 4 plastic catches on the front curved planel. 8) Inside the sliding dispenser is a white plastic piece that connected to the piping released in step 5. There is a small plastic catch that needs to be pressed while pulling fairly hard on the plastic piece and bending the whole piece. 9) You will now see the plugged spouts. It goes back together really easily.

Try adjusting the grind four numbers coarser and brew a coffee, if you are getting the same result then the brew unit is clogged and the screen needs to be cleaned.

SOURCE: Jura Impresso E9 not dripping through spouts but into drip tray

This is most likely due to a bad o'ring. The bar you speak of...Does the unit have a small spout pointing upward from the area?...with a groove? Is the o'ring in that groove damaged or missing? When the grounds are compressed in the piston, the brew unit lowers down onto this spout and seals on it. The high pressure water then is injected upward inot the brew unit. When this seal fails the water simply leaks into the tray when there are grounds providing backpressure. When rinsing and no backpressure some of the water may be getting through. Make sure you lube up any seals with a food grade lube. Olive oil will work in a pinch.

SOURCE: No water coming out of spout

Mine did that also. All I did was to remove the reservoir and clean it and then clean the area where the water goes into the machine under the reservoir. It worked. It was a minor clog of some kind. Also make sure the little pin that penetrates the K-cup isnt clogged. A little pin up inside will clean it out. Good luck. I also found that using distilled water makes a big difference in making better coffee and will eliminate scaling problems.

Testimonial: "Thanks so much for your feedback. I'm going to try that this weekend and hope that works! I did hear that about distilled water so I'll try that too"

When water is being pumped out of the reservoir of my Keurig before it's ready to brew water comes out of the spout then when it's ready to brew more water comes out? The cup over flows then

Put it in the trash and get a new one. Keurig customer support may give you a 20 dollar discount on a new brewer. You cannot open the brewer to get to the internal parts.

I opened my Keurig Vue V700 and found that a tiny gasket had come off. I cannot find the parts schematic and cannot access the area to investigate. Any idea where is goes? I think it is causing a drip...

If it's a small cylinder shaped gasket with a hole through the center, then it goes on the water output post in the head. This gasket has a habit of coming off. Slide it back up the water output shaft. It helps make a pseudo-seal on the top of the k-cup.

Water leaking not just comming out of spout

Sounds like your water outlet is clogged. Open the head and push up the cup holder to remove. When out, clean out the tube at the bottom of the holder with a paper clip or something similar (I use a cake tester - long skinny metal rod. This will clean out any clogs in the output path. Also remove the bottom part of the cup holder and clean it too. Put back together and place back in brew head the way it came out. (Caution - some models you have to twist the cup holder to remove, and some it just comes straight out). There are many you-tube videos that will show you this also.

I have a Keurig Vue. I have descaled and cleaned the product on schedule but it leaks water from all around the brew head and only 5-6 oz of coffee make it into the mug. I tried to clean out the pin also...

Remove and clean the Brew Head, with the V700 the way to remove would be to open the lid with the handle, place your fingers around the Brew Head, there are tabs to each side, press tabs and pull down and toward you. Wash this out thoroughly in your kitchen sink. Now before replacing the Brew Head, with the handled lid up, turn the back of the brewer so that it is facing you...Look straight down into the top of the brewer, you will see the needles, use an old toothbrush to clean them. Replace the Brew Head and descale the brewer with White Vinegar (do NOT dilute with water) or Keurig descale solution (purchased only through their website). The video to watch the descale instructions is: www.keurig.com/customerservice

Hope this helps!

Keurig vue stops brewing after a few seconds

Before you take anything apart, which I came close to doing, take a toothbrush to the metal pins/spouts. After running I don't know how many cups of vinegar and letting it sit, it still wouldn't brew more than two ounces. I was going to attempt a fix found on the internet, and I thought, what the heck -- can't hurt. So I took out a new toothbrush and brushed both pins (didn't have to remove anything) and voila! Out came some grounds in a cup of water and it brews the full amount of whatever oz. I choose. Works great, normal and I didn't have to disassemble anything.

Water will not come out the spout. I put vinegar in the tank but it will not go through the coffee maker. Water just drips out of the spout.

The heater element might be burnt out as opposed to a blockage - is the "trickle" hot and is there any steam - if so then lets assume a blockage - try CLR (Calcium, Lime and Rust) remover - excellent solution for this type of issue - the instructions for use are simple - when complete just run through a couple of cycles to make sure it is safe water again. CLR is available from hardware stores and is around $6 or $7.
