Card memory security code

go to setting
security
factory reset
or else
just copy the next file in a memory card, x:/system/recogs
put memory card in phone and switch on
dont touch nothing, just let phone for 3 min
switch off phone, take out memory card
switch on again and security code is 12345

I am using Nokia X2-00 mobile. My Memory card is Kingston 4gp Memory Card. How to my memory card is locked i don't known. Please Say the tips. How to unlock in my memory card........?

You can restore all setting by restoring the phone to restore your phone Go to


Menu>Settings>Restore Factory Settings>OK(Default security code is 12345)>Yes(It takes 2-5Mins after restoration it starts automatically Don't switch off).


Actually a downloaded or copied file moves to memory card only if the Downloaded or copied file size excess than the Phone Memory.

sometimes if you activated Security code it won't takes any files to memory card.Delete the security code.

Select Menu > Settings > Security and from the following options:

• PIN code request or UPIN code request-to set the phone to ask for your PIN or UPIN code every time the phone is switched on. Some SIM cards do not allow the code request to be turned off.
• Security level > Phone-to set the phone to ask for the security code whenever a new SIM card is inserted into the phone. If you select Memory, the phone asks for the security code when the SIM card memory is selected, and you want to change the memory in use.
• Access codes-to change the security code (default code is 12345), PIN code, PIN2 code, or restriction password.

the card has a format error in it because it has items on it that a computer does not reconize and a phone does such as a file extension

It is impossible to find out the security code as the phone gets blocked try taking it to a nokia costomer care on a free day thy'll reset your password.in the case of memory card belive me theres no software to unlock it try all possible combinations as it does not get blocked if not a 1gb card just costs around rs150. 

You need 1 mobile phones and a memory card reader.

1) Do _not_ turn off the mobile phone!
2) Remove the Memory Card from the locked phone and put it into a
memory card reader. Create
the directory E:\System\Recogs and copy thc-nokia-unlock.mdl into
this directory.
3) Remove the Memory Card and place it into the locked phone.
The THC-NOKIA-UNLOCK program should start after 120 seconds.
4) Remove the battery. Remove the MMC. Put the battery back and restart.
The Phone Lock has been reset to 12345

Option No. 1 is
*#7370# is the code to reset everything, including contacts, sms, emails, all application, everything. But you need the 5 digit security code to do this.
Option No. 2
Since you have forgot the lock code, you can try this thing. Using PC Suit, take backup of your phone contents, then update the phone software.

Unlock Security Code using Memory Card

Steps to unlock ur sec code.
1. Off Ur mobile.
2. remove battry
3. remove memory card
4. On ur computer and plug in ur memory card.
5. insert ur memory card.
6. unzip the attachment file and place it to ur memory card
e:\system\recog
7. now insert ur memory card into ur mobile and switch on the fone.
8. now if it ask for code type 12345 and ur mobile unlocks.
9. Every times u restart ur mobile it will unlock ur mobiles security code.

secuirity code defaults for Nokias are 12345. To change yours or enable it go to menu settings security, security level, then select
Scroll to and select an option:
Memory: the handset asks for the security code when selecting the SIM card memory or changing the memory in use.
Phone: the handset asks for the security code when inserting a new SIM card into the handset.
