Inability to gain access to ap store on my iPad2

that Mozilla Firefox is not yet available for the iPad, but should be sometime during the year.
I would suggest that you try Chrome, if you don't want to use Apple's own browser Safari.

If you've tied your iPad to the iCloud account and have forgotten about that account password go to iCloud.com and click on "I forgot my Apple-ID or Password". Follow their instructions to re-activate your account. If you can't answer the questions (you defined) or have no access to the email-account assigned anymore it might get difficult.

Who set up your Westell wifi security? They will know the password. Otherwise you have to reset the network password.

Google Play is only available for Android devices and not iOS devices such as the iPad. You could view the Play Store using Safari on the iPad, but you will not be able to install any applications.

Flash is not supported on the ipad but you could try using a browser called puffin which is available on the app store. According to reports it remotely processes on its servers before returning back to your ipad, videos can be a bit bitty though. Hope this helps a bit.

All you need to do is download WWF onto your iPad from the App Store.

There is no need to Load You Tube on Ipad 2.Just go to Safari and on the browser type www.youtube.com and you can access all videos.No Loading needed
