Your friend should be able to use the headset if your friend's computer has Bluetooth feature. THe computer will send and receive the Bluetooth signals with one transmitter/receiver like your computer does and then connect to the wireless lan with a different transmitter/receiver system on a different frequency. Just make sure your friend's computer has Bluetooth feature turned on and then setup the headset by the "pairing" process.

Hi there,

Well most probably there is a battery problem, you need to replace the battery in your bluetooth headset, most of these models are powered by Small Lithium Ion or NiMh rechargeable batteries and these like cordless phone batteries are designed to be replaced at some point in its lifecycle. Find the even **** on the bottom side of the unit, where the microphone boom is attached. Place the edge of the flathead screwdriver along these slits, and twist gently back and forth until the unit opens up. Do not completely open the unit up. then you see the battery.

Good Luck!!

    I have a motorola H350

Sounds like you need to do another method of connecting your phone to your unit, heres the trick..

Most phones have multiple methods of installing your headset, you can either connect it, or activate an existing connection, and last SEARCH.

If you have installed this unit already, all you need to do is ADD another device, when you find your settings for blue tooth, its as simple as TURN ON CONNECTIVITY, and your phone will find the device, if you stored it already on your phone.

Another step is to do a reboot of your headset, hold down the call button until your headset light turns on and turns colors, keep holding the button down 5-10 seconds and you will see it, then try to connect your mobile phone to your unit by SEARCHING for DEVICES in your phone settings.

Last but not least, you can search the internet for the headset, download the PDF and pray that this simple solution can assist you. Motorola's website is very user friendly and has a search engine similar to google or yahoo, register your headset while you are there, because you can get it replaced, exchanged, and have warranties with ALL new units purchased, or if you purchased a used unit from a local store, you still have a limited warranty you can use to get a new or repaired unit.

    I hope this helps..

Changing the headset is not going to change the battery drain on the phone.
