Replace battery The "replace battery" sign is on and the air conditioner has nothing on the display screen. Regular air is coming out of the vents, but not really cold. How do I change the battery? Is that even the problem? This is a Honeywell product.

Yes, the battery must be replaced. Gently lift or pull of cover, the battery compartment is there. Best of wishes.

Replaced battery on 2006 murano and now display for radio, air, etc does not come on

According to the owners manual - -
To turn on the screen, push the "SETTING", trip
control, air conditioner (except rear window defroster
button) or audio button.

There's nothing in the book about special instructions should the battery be disconnected, so if the screen will not come on I would guess a fuse or something happened to the power source.

Check power to transformer (220volts---24/12volts Dc) which leads to function PCB. If 24 or 12 dc is o.k, then you have replace PCB only.If no output of DC, replace transformer. Thanks.
