Just as Norwich mentioned above, you can pressing the PrtScn key to take a screenshot, however, note that this method fails to screenshot part of screen and you need to use additional tool to make some editing. A better way to screenshot on laptop is by using screenshot programs like Snipping Tool or Free Online Screenshot. They both provide different screenshot modes, editing options and sharing functions.
There should be a button on your keyboard labeled "PrtScn". It stand for "Print Screen". This will copy an image of your screen. Simply open Microsoft Paint or a similar software and select paste. Your screen shot should appear in your chosen software.

on w10 start, search, type "snipping", pin to task bar, then run snipping tool, as you want.
