Yes. You can give another PIN to both devices, the sender and the receiver. And once they are connected then you can authenticate so that you do not have to give PIN every time.

Be sure the the headset in in 'Pairing' mode.
When in pairing mode, the light should be flashing red and blue or have a steady blue.

I FORGET MY BLUTOOTH PAIR NUMBER.MY BLUTOOTH DEVICE NUMBER IS FCC ID:VB3SSTB601.KINDLY INFORM ME

The PIN is 0000 (four zeros). I own one of these devices and you will need to enter four zeros when prompted. Make sure you have the Bluetooth function enabled on your phone, then turn your wireless headset on. Select "Add New Device" from your cell phone Bluetooth menu and it should work.
