I have got a pit bike 110 it wont start its kickin a lil bit off a spark out but i have been told its sumert too do wi flywheel i have done a new rewire any 1 no wt it is

you will have to check lead to spark plug then lead to coil
if your not getting spark at plug it could be a number of things ingintion
or just a loose wire best of luck hope you solve it

.....A weak battery comes to mind for starters. A carboned up spark plug is another; start with a new spark plug. If I recall correctly from 39 years ago, your bike has ignition points and condenser. Remove the points cover (on left end of the overhead cam), and check the points. Burned? Pitted? Get a new set of points and condenser but for now, just file the points a bit using an emery board or metal fingernail file. Set the points to .015 clearance at the high point on the cam lobe. If you have a timing light you could check the timing and adjust as needed by rotating the points base plate left or right. Bad points give resistance to the flow of electricity. When the points are closed, the condenser gets charged up. Less electricity going through the points means less of a charge going into the condenser. Now the points open up and the stored charge goes from condenser to coil. The coil then produces a spark. With a low charge in the condenser, the spark is weak and will not jump a wide gap. Set the plug gap to very little and the weak spark can jump the gap. The standard gap is .028. ....... I don't recall when Honda move the points to the flywheel but the images below may help if your bike is that style. Clean any rust on noted parts; magnets and pick up coils. check for bad spark plug.has it got spark?also ckeck the carb for contaminated fuel and blocked jets in carb

Try unpluging the cutouts.they are usally on 2-3 places on these bikes ,brakes,also check the fuse that is on the red wire comming off the battery it will be blown or end of fuse holder will be pushed in and not touching the fuse.

there are 2 wires that go to the kill switch. bare them both and put a jumper between the 2 to insure insure its not a switch falure. if you get spark, get a new switch or continue with the jumper. be sure to keep the bare wires from touching metal or youll just ground it out again and it wont start

your spring might have broke on your throttle needle take apart have a look

you have to put the piston at the top and the sprocket and crank at the bottom hope this helped

Flywheel has a keyway that has been sheared or bolt on shaft is loose.Either way you need to pull the flywheel and inspect it...replace keyway..reinstall retorque...Good Luck to you my friend....Tim

make sure the fuel/air mixture is right on the carby.. same thing happened to mine.
also try bleeding the carb using the dip pan on the bottom.

it needs new gears mate
