WARNING: This will also erase all of your contacts, so write them down before going to this extreme measure. I would try MANY times to get the PIN correct before doing this!

Call your own phone number and enter your pin to check voicemail. If you have not used voicemail before it will walk you though setup and allow you to set a pin.

This is a setting on the PBX/phoneswitch. You will need to contact your phone administrator or service provider, as their process for voicemail PIN resets varies from system to system.

the last four of your phone number.
Once in your voicemail, you'll hear a menu and an option will be provided to change your password.
