You could go into your voice mail and press the prompts to set up your PIN. Voice mail will get you into your settings usually. Try long pressing the number 1 to access your voice mail.

If you already know how to access your voicemail, try using the last four digits of your phone number as your initial PIN. That is the way most phones used to be set up. If that works, then you can create a another PIN to your liking and no longer have to use the last four digits of your phone number.

Mailbox is full, how do I empty it please?

The "10B1" message on your Panasonic KX-TGD390C phone may indicate that your voicemail box is still full, even if you've deleted all the messages. This could be due to some saved or undeleted messages in a different folder or some other issue with your voicemail settings. To clear your mailbox and resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:
  1. Access your voicemail box: Dial your voicemail access number. It's typically a number provided by your phone service provider, such as "123" or "555."
  2. Follow the voice prompts: Once you're in your voicemail system, listen to the voice prompts carefully. There should be an option to manage your messages or change your mailbox settings.
  3. Delete all messages: Even if you've already deleted messages from your phone, there may be some messages still stored in your voicemail box. Use the voicemail system's options to delete all messages.
  4. Check saved messages: Some voicemail systems have a separate folder for saved messages. Make sure to check this folder and delete any saved messages if they exist.
  5. Change mailbox settings: If you cannot find any messages in your voicemail box and it's still showing as full, you may need to access your mailbox settings and reset or reconfigure them. Look for options related to mailbox size, message retention, or other similar settings. You might need to contact your service provider for assistance if you can't find these settings.
  6. Reboot your phone: After you've taken the above steps, it's a good idea to power cycle or reboot your Panasonic phone. This can sometimes help refresh its connection to the voicemail system.
  7. Contact your service provider: If you're still experiencing issues after trying these steps, it's a good idea to contact your phone service provider's customer support for assistance. They can help you troubleshoot and resolve any voicemail-related problems.
Remember that the specific steps and options may vary depending on your phone service provider and the voicemail system they use. It's essential to follow the prompts and options provided by your voicemail system when you access it through your voicemail access number.

How do i reset my cell phone voicemail pin number?

Go to "settings". In "Advanced Settings" there is an option to return your phone to it's original state. From there you can set it up again. WARNING: This will also erase all of your contacts, so write them down before going to this extreme measure. I would try MANY times to get the PIN correct before doing this!

My phone asks for the pin number when i call my voicemail but i never set the pin up, how do i set a pin number?

The pin is probably one of the following:
9999
0000
1111
the last four of your phone number.
Once in your voicemail, you'll hear a menu and an option will be provided to change your password.

I saw your reply phone lock

Your pin number is probably your sim code!
Check PUK
SIM pin code:
This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even if your sim is put into another handset. To reset it, you need the PUK code:
Pin Unlock Code (PUK)
If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. You should ask your Network Service Provider for this code when you need it. Don’t try to guess it, because after a few wrong guesses, the SIM card will be permanently disabled.
Phone Security Code:
This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. You can also set some handsets to only accept a “new” sim if the phone security code is entered. To reset it, you need the Master code code:
Master Reset Code
Sometimes known as the Master Code, this allows you to unlock a handset if you have entered the Security Code wrongly too many times.
Are you sure it’s the Master code you need. Which is the one that you want?
Special Code/Service Provider Lock Code:
This code is required to allow a phone locked to a particular network's SIM cards to be used with a SIM card from another network. Orange and T-mobile lock handsets in this way, though O2 and Vodafone are beginning to lock PAYG and WAP handsets. The unlock code varies from individual handset to handset.
Blacklisting:
This is not a security code, but it works like one! To help combat mobile phone thefts, the networks share a database of the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of mobile phones that have been reported stolen. Once a phone is on this list, it will not be allowed to use any of the networks.
This can be a risk if you buy a second-hand phone, because if it has been stolen, or if an unscrupulous seller makes an insurance claim after selling, the phone you bought in good faith may be permanently disabled.
Be very careful to check the source of a second-hand phone!
Voicemail Pin:
This is a code that you choose to secure the voicemail/answer phone service on your mobile phone account.
If you do not set a voicemail PIN, you may not be able to access voicemail from anywhere but your own mobile phone. In some cases, leaving the voicemail PIN at the default can let other people listen to or delete messages left for you. There may be a default code (3333 on Vodafone), but you should change it straight away!
