Fairly new (<30 days old) PS3 randomly reboots in the middle of playing Rainbow Six Vegas game. Also randomly "freezes" while playing Midnight Club LA. Each issue is isolated to the game named with it. We have tried two different copies of the Rainbow Six game with identical results. Any ideas???
Sounds like you've got a data issue related to the hard drive.
You should use the Restore to Factory Settings option under SYSTEM.
This should address the problem.
Also does the machine feel hot or does it sound loud?
