When you switch on your netbook you will see at the bottom of the screen a message saying " Press F11 for LG recovery". Press the "F11" key on your keyboard and it will take you to the recovery screen.
Choose "Restore to Factory Settings" and then follow the prompts and accept.
This will format your current hard drive and restore your netbook to the time as when you purchased it.

There is no problem with your computer. It's just natural to have a beeping sound during start up. If there is, then it will show an error message in the screen.
