My Kenwood car stereo keep falshing the word "Protect" how to fix

in front of your #1 preset button there is a reset button push it with a pin. if you made a pass # put it in if not page 12 show you how to make one if you want. reseting it should make it work if it dont you have a short somewhere start from scratch buy taking it out. I suggest you dont make a password till the short is gone. Mine did the same thing but because i was pulling to much power on starting my car with my amps.

Variable of falsh application is locked, protected, or archived

Hello,
One variable you created has the same name as a system variable, or a flash application variable. Variables such as theses are protected: you cannot modify them.
Use Var-Link to check the names of variables you want to create: If the name you want to use is already assigned to an App, you cannot use it.
Hope it helps.

Removal of protection screen mitsubishi ws55819 rear projection

you will need to pull the bottom of the unit off, this is just a snap on speaker grille across the bottom... then you will remove the screws across the bottom of the grey frame holding the screen... un plug the 2 plugs going to the control panel buttons, lift UP then OUT and it will come off.. once off, lay face down on a blanket and you can remove the frame screws INSIDE to pull out the protective screen. I took mine off to stop all of the glare problems. Also, while you have the screen off, clean your mirror and lenses since they will be easily accessible.. windex will do the job well, just make sure not to leave a bunch of lint from paper towels!
