The charge port has come disconnected from the pcb. It might not be repairable because it may have lifted the contact pads. Take it to a repair shop to see if it can be fixed
Turned off the tablet, unplugged the charger and kept the tablet off for about 30 minute to one hour, plugged in back the charger, then turn on the tablet. After that I you might see the tablet started charging. Good Luck.
My first guess is that It is "frozen." If you turn it off and back on, it probably asks for an "unfreeze" code related to unlocking the phone. If that is the issue, you can try to work with Samsung's support via their live chat. http://www.samsung.com/ae/support/model/SM-T331NZWAXSG
I included the above link simply for illustrative purposes. The avove is if you entered the wrong code 3 times that locked the phone.
But alternatively, if the device is truly "hung", you can try first a soft reset and if that does not work, a hard reset (which will return the system to the factory defaults reverting it to how it was when it came out of the box. With a hard reset, you lose whatever you did on it after you took it out of the box.
If you do a soft reset and you get some access to the keypad functioning, you might want to uninstall whatever you probably just installed immediately before it froze up. A soft reset retains your data. I would avoid trying the last program you installed again to see if it ran! You might subsequently download the SD Maid app and select corpse (no kidding) to get rid of residue after the uninstall of what is the problematic program.
If the tablet rooted or has a custom rom the correct camera drivers are not installed. Set it up with the stock rom and you should be good. Problem with custom roms is most of the time they were not set up for that specific model and some things are not going to work
I think there is a language problem here. Can you provide a clearer description of the problem you are having with the tablet? Is it not turning on? Is it not displaying the start screen? Did you try resetting the tablet?
It depends how often your using it. If you are not on it much it should last 8-10 hours. If you are on it frequently it will only last 4 maybe 5 hours. All depends on what you are doing on it.
not a car or truck either
