im afraid to say that your display has gone the best thing you can do is call the supplyer of the tv if its under warranty or call samsung. the cost of a new display will be 400 - 500 pounds so you may have to buy a new set.

The TCON board or the LCD panel is Faulty. Can confirm by replacing the TCON board.
